I cannot bear my headache.

This is a really good ad (makes me go both naww and hihi) for AlkaSeltzer that won the Cannes Lions 2009.It's made by CLM BBDO in Paris. I can imagine that it would sell a few products now the days after christmas. At least I have a bit of a headache after eating way to many small pies.
